It’s time we addressed the elephant in the room! Over the course of the last few months, we’ve been asked several times if we will preshuck our oysters for take out/delivery. The answer we’ve told everybody has been no. We hold ourselves to a very high standard when it comes to providing you the highest quality oysters. Pre shucking oysters will result in oxidization of the oyster, you’ll often lose the water within the shell, as well as the meat of the oyster during transportation. In order to give you the freshest product, with the best experience, we refrain from compromising the oysters you’re consuming! There’s always a method to the madness, we hope you understand!

We’re bringing the freshest OYSTERS, a couple of the classics and some fun, fresh new menu items you’ll love. Mmm ceviche *** If you will be attending please remember safe, healthy practices are our priority. The food truck is a great response to COVID-19 as it is a controlled environment where we can ensure safe practices are enforced. We will be taking extra precautions such as using plexiglass, providing contactless service, 2-meter distance markers and cleaning in between every customer. We simply wouldn’t be out there if we weren’t confident we could keep you fed as well as safe.
