It is a weird and scary time right now. We can all easily get overwhelmed if we aren’t careful. These are great tips...just want to add-make sleep a priority too! No one ever woke up after a good night sleep and thought ‘that was terrible’

This resonates with me. A gentle reminder for every day but especially on those tough days when we have less patience. Be the adult you want them to be!
