Tomorrow Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th all profits from our Jumbo hotdog sales will be donated to Lynne and Jim who have lost their home and business in a tragic fire. We are located at the Black River Cheese Factory. Please come out and enjoy one of our fabulous hotdogs with over 20 condiments to choose from. There will also be a $$ donations box! Jim and Lynne lost their home and food trucks on July 31 from a fire at their Rendsersville Rd property. Please come out and show your local support to this couple who have lost everything in this tragic fire !

Deep fried curd again this weekend but This weekends new feature at The Snack Attack Shack is POUTINE BALLS! Buttery mashed potato balls stuffed with Black River Curd. Lightly breaded and deep fried. Then we add more curd on top and our delicious beef gravy! If thats not enough you can load them up with chopped green onion, bacon, and sour cream. Absolutely Incredible

We know there was a waiting time at our food truck this weekend as so many of you showed up to try our delicious Deep Fried Cheese Curds along with all of our other menu items. This weekend is so busy with Canada Day Celebrations we thought it would be somewhat of a slower weekend at the Black River Cheese Factory. We've decided to do an informal launch of a delicious snack we've been working on for quite some time. We can proudly say that we are the only food truck that will be selling Deep Fried Cheese Curd. Don't mind saying "It's Incredible." Served with your choice of dipping sauce. .. Strawberry Puree, Sweet Thai Chili, Ranch Dressing or Marinara Sauce. Quantities are limited for this coming weekend! #deepfriedcheesecurds
