To ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff we have thoroughly cleaned and sanitized all areas of our workplace. In accordance with newly implemented government regulations, the following guidelines are now in place: - If you are showing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not enter the premises. Contact us to have your appointment rescheduled.... - If you or anyone you have been in contact with has traveled outside of the province within the past 14 days, please contact us to have your appointment rescheduled. - Clients MUST wear non-medical masks for the duration of the appointment. We encourage you to bring your own. - Upon arrival, clients will be required to sanitize hands with the hand sanitizer provided. - Clients must attend appointments alone and not bring along friends or children, unless the client requires assistance. - Clients are not permitted to bring food or beverages. - Clients will be screened prior to sitting for appointments by asking if they are symptomatic. No services will be performed on symptomatic clients. - Waiting areas have been minimized to promote physical distancing. We kindly as you to arrive for your appointment on time, to avoid crowding. - All work stations of the establishment will be set up to allow physical distancing (at least 2 meters apart). - All chairs/tables/equipment/tools, etc. will be sanitized after each client. - Walk-in appointments will not be accepted until further notice. - "High Risk" services that require close contact with the clientss face over an extended period and where clients cannot wear masks will not be offered until further notice. - Any client wishing to purchase product, without an appointment is asked to message or phone ahead and we will have it ready for pick-up. We know everyone is excited to be able to get back to the spa and salon for their favourite services because we are excited as well! We are hoping that opening day will be June 8th but will not be rebooking appointments until we receive the new guidelines and protocols from the government.
