First we remove all doors, gables and bring them to our factory where we produce high end custom kitchens. The doors are cleaned, sanded, patched, repaired, primed and sprayed lacquer. Producing a beautiful factory finish.... Before the doors are reinstalled we spend 1-2 days depending on the size of your kitchen prepping the onsite area for spraying. This would include fridge gables, end tapes and toe kicks. They are cleaned, sanded, filled, primed and sprayed to factory finish. Within 2 weeks you have your dream kitchen. Keep your wood doors! Up-cycle it’s worth it!
