Below we have outlined some of the changes we have made for clients who wish to come in to the office as part of O...ntario's Phase 3 re-opening. -Office hours will remain 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. -As per Waterloo Region Guidelines MASKS WILL BE MANDATORY for all clients entering the office. -The office door will remain locked and a team member will meet clients at the door prior to entry. -In office meetings are available by appointment only. -Our office will still be actively promoting Zoom and phone meetings unless an in person meeting is necessary. -There will be only ONE in-person meeting allowed in the office at a time. -We are encouraging only 2 family members per in office meeting. -Client areas will be sanitized before and after clients enter the office. -Clients who have a scheduled meeting will be asked to call prior to entering the office. -Clients entering the office will be asked to sanitize upon entry. -Our office has both sanitizer and face masks readily available for client use.
