The Tart Cart

Well, it turns out that this year is all about family, and in order to dedicate the time we need to our family the Tart Cart is getting parked for a while. We will not have a regular outlet, but will take special orders if you need a butter tart fix! Stay tuned for our seasonal menu of treats. Thank you to our friends, family and very loyal customers for all your support over the years. We have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the thriving famers market culture in Victoria and could not have come this far without all of you!

All ready for the VPM with citrus shortbread, Lemmon rhubarb empire biscuits and pecan shortbread, all dressed up for Easter. See you there 11-3.

It's going to be a late night getting re-acquainted with my rolling pin, but we will be back at the Victoria Public Market at the Hudson on Saturday, 11-3. Fresh flavours and an Easter treat or two.

We have been spending lots of time with family after losing Stephen's Mom Andrea in February. An incredible woman that will be greatly missed. Thank you friends and family for all the support.
