I'm sooo excited to announce my new certification! I'm now officially a Subconscious Imprinting Techniques (S.I.T.) practitioner. What does that mean? Our subconscious mind is powerful and creates cycles to try and protect us from what it believes are traumas (any emotion, environment or event that hit us EXTRA hard), which can keep us living in limiting beliefs, even if our conscious mind is working to break free from them. Sometimes these limiting beliefs show up as ph...ysical pain, an emotional pattern, or even a spiritual crisis. During a S.I.T. session, we will work to get clear on what is happening in your life and how you want your life to look and feel. Just as we inherit our eye color and blood type, we also inherit the residue from traumatic events that have taken place in our family. While our physical traits are easily discernible, this emotional legacy is often hidden from us. Anxiety, fear, financial worries, depression, illness and unhappy relationships can all be forms of our unconscious inheritance. ~ Mark Wolynn ~ Then through muscle testing, we reveal the root cause of the disease, conflict, or issue being stored in your body. Then, through a series of statements, we work together to restore and reprogram your subconscious. S.I.T. sessions can be powerful in the moment, but often the bulk of the healing comes over the next two weeks, as the work we did together flows naturally through your body & mind. Reach out to me today and let’s explore how this could be helpful for your life! See more

January can be a hard month with the changes in weather, the holidays being over, missing connections - here are some tips to help! 1) Reach out! To family, friends and me! Whether that's a text, DM, email or phone call! 2) Focus on getting enough Vitamin D (I love my Sunlamp!) I'll be sharing some throughout Janaury, but what are your tips for others on how to to take care of yourself when things are hard?
