Our Reflexology Therapist has moved her practice to our Goldstream office, and is available for appointments there starting Friday September 4th!

We are sad to be saying goodbye to Sophie after September 13th! She has been a valued member of the team, and will be sorely missed, but we wish her all the best as she moves on to the next phase of her career! If you have an appointment booked with Sophie after the 13th, we will be contacting you shortly to reschedule. If you'd like information on her new location we would be happy to provide that as well!

We are reopening June 8th! Not all therapists are returning at this time, and some of us are limiting our hours to start. There are also some guidelines that we need everyone to follow: - A mask must be worn by both patients and staff. ... - We ask that you do not arrive early to your appointment as our waiting area will not be in use. - Please arrive unaccompanied unless you require assistance. - A questionnaire and waiver must be completed prior to every appointment. While we are doing everything we can, it is not possible to eliminate risk. If you are immunocompromised or are otherwise at an increased risk we ask that you postpone in-person treatment for now. We are slowly putting together a plan to reopen. Our priority is keeping everyone as safe as possible, so we are being very careful in moving forward with our plans to start seeing patients again. Sophie is now offering online consultations! Shes available Mondays and Fridays 10-6 while were closed to offer homecare instruction and support to keep you feeling as good as possible during the closure. Shes excited to connect with you!

We are excited to announce that you can now book online consultations with Alana Erkelens, RMT! This is a great opportunity to discuss your symptoms, treatment options, homecare activities, exercises, stretching and any other questions or concerns you may have. Please note that this service is not covered by insurance. The cost is $20 for a 30 minute consultation. This service is available in online booking at the Goldstream location. After booking, you will be sent an emai...l with a link to launch the video call. Hello everyone, We will unfortunately need to remain closed for the foreseeable future. We will be cancelling appointments a week at a time while we monitor the situation. You will be notified of any cancellations via email. We have temporarily suspended online booking until we know when we will be able to reopen.
