Imagination. I can feel it been stuck, hard to slip out. I noticed that it flowed freely and then there was a liquid version, soft almost like diarrhea. Then the hard shit starts coming. The straining. Frustrating.... Embarrassed. Confused. I eat well and I didn’t do any junk food! I just did a cleanse and I feel well. But still constipated. (I have a pattern of experiencing constipation when I am out of alignment, unbalanced and unforgiving) What’s missing? Movement. (Active forgiveness) Micha yes, 2 weeks intense movement will impact the quality of your life. You know I can see that clearer now, also it doesn’t help anyone to make it wrong. Enjoy the experience, revel in the discovery. So Micha what system are you putting in place to make sure movement is a natural part of your life. Cause when I am constipated life doesn’t flow freely. It’s not just a physical body function thing. My emotional states affects my digestive system. Especially negative states that make life into an enemy and people into enemies. My muscles are feeling the strain. I can see my body going back. it’s okay and that’s not what’s necessary. I am committed to working out 45mins 3 days per week and 1 hour dancing in the park ecstatically. And Active forgiveness ritual release- what’s this? Dm me bitch. This is my fitness trainer @akiemoptical I missed him. I am not the most excited for working out, he makes it fun, safe and healing. Thank you for helping me bring a sense of balance to my over all wellbeing. Life doesn’t need quick fixes. We need to extract the root cause, and face that cause, until the root is faced. The wound will still fester underneath any cover up. Conditioning creates constipation in human beings. We can see it on the scolding faces and the fake smiling faces.
