Things have slowed down and I’m enjoying the calm of my kitchen. Today’s lunch; cubed sweet potato roasted at 400 with oil and Twisted Thai seasoning. Delicious. The touch of heat balances the sweet and the lemongrass is perfect. Pretty healthy too.

This year was such a crazy ride for all of us. As a small biz owner, I had no idea what to expect back in the spring when things first shut down, or this fall as the situation again worsened. I hoped for the best. My goodness - what an incredibly supportive bunch you all have been. Throughout the year I've been completely blown away by the love Yukoners have shown to all local businesses. It may seem like a platitude when I say I'd be nothing without you - but it's 100% truth, and I am eternally grateful. Please accept my very best wishes this strange and different holiday season - Happy Christmas, from my kitchen and my family to yours.
