Whats this? A lovely little breakfast tailored to my exact desires? Ill take it!

Its a Sunday morning. You know you could sleep until the afternoon rolls over you, but you wake with a start under the steely blue sky of 4AM. Each hour on the hour this repeats itself and your dreaming brain begins to introduce a thought: two eggs wrapped as tenderly in lemony hollandaise sauce as you are in your summertime weighted blanket. EGGS BENNY EVERY SUNDAY! COME AND GET EM! Your choice of pesto and tomato, wild sockeye lox, or corned beef! I have to go now and eat this feast because its STARING at me.

Hello beloved friends! As you most likely know, we are seeing a spike of COVID-19 cases in the province, so we are tightening restrictions in the shop for everyones safety. Next time you come in, youll see signs outlining these procedures and impossible-to-miss tape barriers on the floor. We urge everyone to follow these rules and respect the wellbeing of your fellow customers and our hardworking staff. Lets work together to re-flatten the curve in hopes that one day we can safely hop tables, mill about and hug each other like old times! We love you Nanaimo and we look forward to sharing a safe and healthy future with you all!

We are so sad to have to announce that our drag show this weekend will be postponed due to the spike in COVID-19 cases in the province. We will still be accepting donations at the shop on behalf of the amazing Divine Intervention, who will be sending all proceeds to the Marsha P. Johnson Foundation. We cant wait to see these amazing performers again when its safe! We love you Nanaimo!

Did you know we have many lovely wines? In this reporters opinion, you should grab a bottle and enjoy it on our patio with a mom, a pal, a romantic companion, or what have you. A big huge gigantic thank you to @storiedwinesandspirits for the wonderful selection!
