This summer has been incredibly difficult for us. We have made the decision to close while we get our outdoor seating and many other things in order to prepare for a more ambitious level of service and execution than ever before. Through struggle we will be reborn.

Service is all we know, all we understand. Without it we are lost. Simply waiting to regain purpose. Hope you're all holding up alright through this.

We are opening back up for take-out tomorrow. From now on, we will not be available on any delivery platforms. Unfortunately, the major delivery apps take 30%. This could all be at least somewhat justifiable if they treated their delivery drivers with a modicum of respect... But it's also unsustainable because restaurants operate on very thin margins already. If you are able to safely and comfortably come to Kensington sometime soon, please do. If not for us, for our neighbor...hood that is suffering tremendously. If you know someone who is having trouble staying afloat this month, tell them to send us a DM as we may be able to arrange for some free food. We can't do much, but we can do something. Here's to a brighter tomorrow!
