Though, I’m not actually back until after NYE... I was originally going to take the first week of January to move to my new location, but with the mandated closure and the uncertainty of when I would be able to return to work, I’ve decided to move to my new location next week instead. I’ve opened the booking calendar to now include the week of January 3rd for massage appointments, with LOADS of appointment times to choose from! Snag a spot, friend, and get treated. Book your ...appointment online (link is in the profile) OR Call my new location, Boost Physio, at 587-635-5555 Thank you to everyone who raised their voice with our government officials that Massage Therapy is a needed healthcare modality. The gears are now in motion as to how Massage is perceived in our province. Masks will still be mandatory for clients. Also, clients are now *required* to have a valid prescription from a MD or a written referral from an Alberta regulated health professional in order to receive massage treatments. So, if you need a referral for massage, one of Boost’s physiotherapists can provide one for you right here on location, making this a one-stop shop. Can’t wait to see you at my new digs! #wereback #openforbusiness #openagain #massage #massagetherapy #massagetherapist #prenatalmassage #pregnancymassage #yegbusiness #yegpregnancy #yegprenatal #yegmassage #smallbusiness #supportsmallbusiness #supportlocal #treatyourself #wellness #health #selfcare #bookonline #bookin #bookingsavailable #appointmentsavailable #callme

This is the CranioCradle. It’s a nifty tool used to decompress soft tissues from your sacrum to your skull. I personally like to use it for my suboccipital area (headaches, anyone?) and to loosen up my T-spine. It’s made of a recyclable soft foam that has a bit of give to it, so it can sink into your tissues. There are usually also gentle vertebral adjustments as I use it (my spine can be stiff)! Depending on the area being treated, you can lie or lean on it anywhere from 3 ...to 20 minutes. And why not add a bit of meditation time, too? As massage therapy has been curbed by Covid restrictions yet again in Alberta, the gentle release provided by the CranioCradle is perfect for using at home. (This is not a sponsored ad, just sharing what I like to use on myself. )

...from December 13 until further notice (at least a 4-week closure). All cancelled appointments will be rescheduled at a later date. I will see you in the new year at my new location inside Boost Physiotherapy on 99th Street! In the meantime, let’s take care of each other. ~ Tatyana & TWT #covidclosure #staysafe #socialdistancing #wearamask #washyourhands #yegbusiness #yegsmallbusiness #takecareofyourself #seeyounextyear #newlocation #moving
