So 2020 is here! And so is The Wandering Duck! What is it you ask? Well, for years I cooked for someone else, when Sarah and I got married I said I wouldn’t do it again unless it was under our own business. After cooking for my own wedding, I leaned hard into tacos and Latin cuisine. I’ve played and many of you have tasted bits and bites of it. So what now I thought? What any reasonable person who spent 12+ behind a stove would do. I registered a business name and got to wor...k. It’s early, and there is still lots of work to do.
