Each member of the band has their own musical influences, for Natalie this includes Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstadt, and Imelda Mae. "As a singer, I am inspired by female vocalists like Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstadt, and Imelda Mae. Listening to these fabulous singers inspires me to try new ways of using my voice to add emotion and meaning to the way I sing, and I believe you will hear these influences in the way I sing some of the songs on this album. For example, I felt like I was channelling Emmylou in my version of Jeff’s song, 'Weary Town'."
