OK ready to share On Friday I learnt of a person I know whom had committed suicide. This is the 3rd person I know that had lost their business, life savings an...d felt the only way was to end their life. People I personally know Covid related Suicide = 3 Covid related business loss = 17 Contracted covid deaths = 0 I made a promise to myself that this lockdown was NOT going to get the better of me. And it still won’t. Obviously when things like this happen, I sit back and reflect. With my history of anxiety, I need to make sure that I do my mindset exercises, so I don’t go into a downward spiral. I know I am currently stronger than ever, because I didn’t react by immediately posting something angry. My anxiety was held in check for the most part. I didn’t stop my daily routine or obligations. The one thing this covid situation has done, it has brought much more anger and hurt in the world. It’s like, everyone is to blame and everyone is right. I am a firm believer in pro choice with our life. That also means that I believe you have the right to choose your thoughts and beliefs. Because they mean something to you. I do not hate because you have a different view then mine. How silly is that. In my personal world covid has mentally, financially and physically affected many more people through government decisions, than the actual covid virus itself. So does this play into my views, of course. I am not a fear of what could happen kind of guy. I am this is what is happening: guy I am sad because of my friends suicides, all my friends losing their businesses, their dreams. I am strong because I choose to be strong. I am strong because I have the right people in my life I am strong because I want to make others stronger I am strong because my past failures have made me a BAD ASS! Please do me a favour - do not hijack this post for your own personal agenda. Do not start an argument on who is right and wrong with the covid situation. Let me read your views on your own page; if I agree I will give you a thumbs up, if I don’t, I will move on to the next person's post. And if you don’t agree with my views, you don’t appreciate my daily mindset posts, instead of wanting to argue with me, just delete / block me. It’s that simple. And you will be much happier because you don’t have to see my, in your eyes, wrong views. Family, Friends, acquaintances, or if we haven’t met yet, I am here for you. Be good to each other. Think of solutions to help us get through this crappy time in our lives, in history. One day your grandkids, or great grandkids+ will be reading about this pandemic. Are they going to read about the time the world was pure hate? When this pandemic is over, and it will end, will you have more love in your life or less? **Lastly - Thank you to everyone that reached out to me. I love you and I feel LOVED!

Spend more time preparing! I chat with many people each day. Some tell me about their wins, some ask for health and fitness tips, some mindset tips. That alo...ng with reading other social media posts. I am sensing more and more people are sitting back and expecting things to happen for them, positive things. Like just because they, like most have gone through or still is going through a shitty time, that they expect good things to just start happening. And you know what, for some lucky people, that may just happen. BUT... For the majority, it will NEVER happen if you just sit back and wait for it. You need to prepare for the better times You need to think it You need to truly want it You need to make a plan You need to take action YOU NEED TO DOMINATE YOUR LIFE! ~~You are worth the actions you take~~ Let that last one settle - read it again.

There are always going to be "storms" throughout life. Just because you are standing alone in a storm, doesn't mean you are the only one in the same "storm" Good news is that storms don't last. ... But while you're in that storm, reach out i have been known to weather a few storms myself.

Building Strength Through Obstacles! This is a motto we use at The Warrior Factory for our Ninja Warriors... But I use this to face life. We get stronger with every obstacle we face and overcome... even the ones that put us on our asses at first.... Here is my first landed front flip ... It wasn't ability that stopped me at first, it was fear and over thinking of what can go wrong. Not the amazing feeling I would feel by accomplishing it. Never give up, stand up and attack life!
