Reflection #41: Based in Toronto, our co-founders are reliving the hot sun and warmth of the Gulf of Mexico this past December 2020 during our TWP trip to Sarasota. Here’s some footage of us with a friendly manatee, an endangered species that is commonly referred to as the oceans sea potato. Can’t take the southern heat? @thewastelandplan a 10 km cycle loop along the Don River Bike Trail to raise awareness around waste pollution, two 30 min plastic pickups en route, and environmental educational to tow. A successful cleanup, 22 incredible participants collected 65lbs of waste.
