It's time to start preparing for fall! September is here, and with it the new Fiero Primitivo Limited Release from Salento, Italy. Perfect for back to school. Salento is the heel of Italy. Huh, interesting! This peninsula is dotted with olive groves and vineyards, and the Primitivo is a flagship grape from this region. The Wine: the Primitivo grape loads this wine with flavours of dark berries, cherry and plum, accented with baking spice and dried fruits. It's acidity and tannins are balanced for a smooth, round finish.
