Qualifications: Education: Level II Dental Assisting Completion of Secondary School Some post secondary education would be an asset Experience: One + years within an orthodontic office One + years within a dental office Qualification Competencies: Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints Maintains current professional standing in their appropriate association Excellent customer service skills Excellent attendance record Works well under pressure in a constantly changing environment Possesses a positive attitude and works well as a member of a team Willing to back up other positions and help others as needed Able to communicate effectively with others Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently or with supervision
