The Youth Happiness Project

I am excited to announce the launch of The Youth Happiness Project, an initiative straight from my heart devoted to youth wellness life coaching and wellness education. This project has truly been a lifetime in the making. Those who know me best know that I struggled mightily as a youth, and that I am determined to be support todays youth in their quest for happiness, peace and self-love. Supporting our young people is more important today than ever before, because they are l...eading the way in the fight against climate change, and in making the world a more conscious place. To best serve the outer environment, many youth need guidance in nurturing a healthy inner environment. The main focus of The Youth Happiness Project is one-on-one coaching and mentoring to support youth wellness. Wellness workshops, speaking engangements, yoga and meditation classes are also offered. Over the coming days many of you will receive an invite from me to follow The Youth Happiness Project on Facebook and Instagram. I expect to be posting wellness tips, news and other useful content about 3-5 times per week. It would mean a lot if you could share, follow and spread the news to youth in need, and their parents.
