Just finished making a new pasta skillet I found on Pinterest for a no chemical version of Hamburger Helper. It smells awesome. I'm hoping the bacon cheeseburger skillet tastes as good!

Well this has been a productive afternoon! I made black bean tostadas for lunch, buffalo chicken dip for the Super Bowl party we're going to, and a chocolate cake for a training I'm hosting tomorrow. I've also hung 3 pictures and have done a sink full of dishes. I'm going back to work for a rest!

Tonight for dinner, I made Mr. Bowjangles from the Looneyspoons Collection. One of the healthier things we've eaten while I've been on vacation. So yummy, and leftovers for tomorrow!!
