WOW it’s November Already! Not only does this mark a new month but this November also marks my 3rd year at BIG! The statement below could not be more true . As I reflect back to three years ago to the person I was it’s filled with mixed emotions as I see how far I’ve come within a short time - starting a new jobs always comes with butterflies and the unknown . What will the job be like? Will I like it ? what will the workplace atmosphere be like ? Coworkers ? Since day o...ne at BIG I have felt welcomed and appreciated always , I have always felt support and encouragement day in and day out . I am part of a great team . Three years has flown by and not only have I accomplished so much as an individual but I am proud to be part of the journey and growth BIG has experienced over the last three years as well and all that is ahead ! I have learned a lot about myself as an individual especially over this last year and will continue to strive to do my best each day and keep learning and aiming BIG I look forward to many years ahead and will continue to work on myself .
