Take control of your practice - show up for yourself where and when you can as all classes are recorded in case you can't make the scheduled live time. Stand in your truth. Let not the fears of others dampen your dreams. Recently after teaching a private class using Zoom, it struck me that sometimes what we need to hear -has already been said but our mind was just not ready. These private sessions have helped my student find balance, calmness and acceptance with what is. They’ve provided a platform to express her goals and from this place she has already grown so much! Balance. The act of sending energy equally away from the midline /core/center of the body, in such a way as to keep from falling in any one direction... generally speaking.. countering too much left lean with a little right etc. To do that, you need to commit. Commit to the stretch, the reach, the lift, the kick, the grounding down to lift up. And, you need to breathe. steady, focused - maintaining a stillness of the mind so its not pulling you off into any one direction...... Life can be like this.. not in every instance, but over all.. is there a sense of balance to your life. Some rest between the rush, some laughter between the tears, some faith found at the core, regardless of the uncertainty that surrounds you. Come find your balance with me.. 3 x per week. On zoom.. for a series that focuses on mind, body and soul health -. 'cause after all... at the core we all want to feel grounded and connected, but still alive and free. We want to be proud of our accomplishments even with new goals on the horizon to achieve. Monday 5:30 - Hatha Wednesday 7:30 Gentle Hatha Saturday 9am - Flowy/power/Hatha w core/cardio.. (depends on how I feel and what you all ask for!! )
