Okay... this is too much! Look at those cheeks! She is wearing a Ridge Beanie in the colour Bedrock, with DOUBLE yarn pompoms... how cute! My favourite thing about Bedrock is that it has a charcoal base, which is a great neutral, but it also has little bits of colour in it to make it fun! ... Currently, Bedrock items are ONLY available at markets, because the yarn is quite difficult for me to get my hands on. I will have some with me this Saturday!

Customer Spotlight I seriously LOVE what I do, because I get to see the cutest little babies wearing my hats! As you probably know already, I have a whole team of kids, but none of them are itty bitty anymore. My ovaries ache everytime I see a wee one such as this, but I am DEFINITELY NOT having any more. Don't even joke about it. My last baby was an 11lb-er. ... On a scale of 1 to FREAKING ADORABLE, how cute is this babe?!

Does your home have an elf? We now have TWO! It's fun, but I still don't know what I was thinking adding a second elf. I can barely remember to feed myself, let alone stage some shenanigans. Doesn't Sparkles look cute, though?! Her buddy doesn't have a name yet but he will definitely be getting a hat as well. Which colour should he have? Matching red? Another colour??

Maker Monday Since a lot of you are new to my page, I would like to tell you a little bit about who I am and why I do what I do. I'm Jessica. I'm 31 years young, and I have 5 kids. Yes, I know that's a lot. Fun fact: I grew up saying that I was never going to have any children at all! That was probably because I am the oldest of 5 kids, and an older step-sister to 2 more. Talk about a lot of siblings, right?! ...and a lot of babysitting. ... Knitting and crocheting are my favourite forms of self-therapy. Counting along with the stitches and following patterns is soothing to me. When my kids are acting feral, I whip out my needles and start counting really loudly to drown them out. How's that for a dose of reality?! The holiday season is probably my favourite time of the whole year... despite the fact that I dislike the type of snow that we have in Central Ontario. It's wet. I much prefer the super cold, dry snow. No slush for me, thanks. For the next 2 months, you can find me sipping on an Earl Gray tea, singing along to Michael Bublé's Christmas album or watching Hallmark movies, and knitting until my hands can't knit anymore. Also, you'd be hard pressed to catch me wearing anything but my rompers. They're hella comfy! That, and my regular clothes no longer fit me after all of my covid binge eating. Now, tell me one thing about YOU!
