UPDATES regarding travel for spring The following changes will be going in to effect January 31, 2021. #1... ALL South Destination flights from Canada to Mexico and the Caribbean have been cancelled until April 30, 2021 (this includes West Jet, Transat, Sunwing and Air Canada) #2 All flights returning to Canada will be required to land at the following airports. Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal #3 All Travelers will be REQUIRED to take a mandatory COVID-19 test at the airport when they return (this is in addition to the COVID-19 test you are required to take while in destination). The traveler will then be required to quarantine at a gov't approved hotel for 3 days at a cost of $2,000 per traveler. If the test comes back negative the traveler may quarantine at home for the remainder of the 14 day quarantine. Any traveler that tests positive will then be required to go to a government facility for their quarantine #4 In the coming days all travelers crossing Canadian Land Borders will be required to show a negative Covid test #ThisIsTravel cares about you health and well being. #staysafe
