Coming home to a freshly brewed glass of iced Sun Tea was the perfect drink for a hot summer day.... ? Sun Tea is a type of iced tea where the tea is steeped in water under the sun rather than from boiling water. It has (in my opinion) a slightly gentler flavour, texture, and less astringent in your mouth than typical iced tea brewed in boiling water. : -Tea of your choice -Water -1/2 tsp sugar -Optional: fresh mint, lemon slices, fresh peaches, strawberries, raspberries, cane sugar, maple syrup, honey : -Take a 1L or 1Qt clean jar and fill full with water. -Place 4-5 tea bags into the water. Put a lid on top. -Place outside in the sun for 3-4 hours ...And that's mostly it!
