TRM is seeking an experienced, Registered Forest Professional RPF or RFT, for a full time, long term position as a field team leader, in Clearwater BC. In this position, the successful incumbent will work closely with Project Managers to define project goals and objectives, then plan, manage, direct and schedule field teams accordingly, to achieve the goals as defined. You will be responsible for working with the field teams to ensure that all data is collected completely a...nd accurately, provide field review and QA checks, and assist in the preparation and submission of deliverables to the clients in a timely manner Preference will be given to applicants who have the following experiences and qualifications: 5 years progressive field experience in varied terrain cable and conventional ground 2 years working as a team leader, providing mentoring and training to other team members Experience with CENGEA system and its modules In good standing with the ABCFP as an RPF or RFT Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen Preference will be given to those applicants who possess the following: Experience with Silviculture Surveying and reporting (RESULTS) Experience with engineered road design specifically Road Eng software TRM offers its employees with a dynamic working environment, with a wide variety of clients including government, industrial, oil/gas, First Nations and private sector throughout the southern interior of BC, as well as a significant opportunity to build your personal skills, and advance your professional career.
