Rather than attending the walk the day of your scheduled event, participants are now encouraged to PARTICIPATE VIRTUALLY. Walk, run or ride, you choose the activity, on your own schedule, in your own way. Whether it is taking a walk, running on a treadmill, riding a bike, or taking a stroll on a trail, you can take part in the campaign and support the local mental health services that are so desperately needed, while this year, maintaining social distance.
