Manure is a very important part of growing a crop like potatoes. This smelly stuff adds a ton of Nitrogen to the soil, which allows us to significantly reduce the rate of synthetic fertilizer that we need to use in the spring. This job always puts a smile on my face... even if it stinks! #agmorethanever #manure

After a couple of years debating whether Christina is the "Assistant Office Manager" or the "Assistant To The Office Manager" a decision was made to begin train...ing to become Field Manager. It appears that lesson one will include how to adjust the air ride seat as well as the tilt steering. I must warn you Christina, before you leave your private corner office, it's not all sun and games when it comes to field work. Sometimes we dig potatoes in the rain. Sometimes we have to negotiate wide equipment down narrow roads. Sometimes the line of traffic behind us gets rather long, and drivers become very cross. thompsonpotatofarm.com
