Our community has faced many changes in our day-to-day activities recently, including how we bank and TCCU is committed to doing our very best to help ‘Flatten the Curve’ while serving you safely. We’re monitoring the situation closely and we’ll continue to respond as things change, to help our region progress in the ba...ttle against COVID-19. As things start to go back to the new normal we have adjusted our hours. Effective June 15th the branch hours will be as follows: Monday Friday 9am to 3pm Saturday Closed

In an effort to protect members and staff during the Covid-19 outbreak the branch will be open from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday and closed on Saturdays. Please respect our efforts to limit exposure to the virus. If you have been travelling abroad please don’t enter the branch until your quarantine has ended and similarly if you are sick. The Thorold Community Credit Union maintains a full service ATM at the rear of the building which is complimented with online banking. In addition, staff will also be available via phone to help members with transactions or answer any questions they might have.
