It's that time again! Summer is COMIN'! Get ready to fire up the grill

To those of you who celebrate :) - Happy Easter weekend!!!!

We will be open December 24th from 9am - 2pm, then will be closed December 25th, 26th, 27th, and will reopen December 28th for regular business hours Have a safe and happy holiday!!!

Cooking Tip: To ensure your pork chops lay flat for an even fry, cut a few slits along the rind. This will prevent them from curling up :)

We hope everyone is having an amazing holiday this season! Happy holidays from our family to yours :)

Custom cutting update: As of now we will not be accepting any custom or domestic cutting this season. However, if you cut it we'll finish it. We will still continue to grind and make sausages for those of you who need our service.

Watch for Dan's tips & tricks when it comes to preparing your meat; One Pan Dan's Q & A secessions comin' your way!

T-shirts are in!!! The Selkirk Fire Department will be holding an Open house Saturday September 22nd with proceeds going to help local breast cancer survivors, as well as individuals who are undergoing breast cancer treatment. Eaton street will be closed off as the department will be holding activities and demonstrations throughout the day. There is free admission for all and the department will be BBQin' Burgers! The t-shirts are aailable in adult and childrens sizes; hats and touques crested with the Fire Rescue emblem will also be available for purchase, all for a great cause!!!!
