It can feel strange at first to lose interest in self-sabotaging situations. Like theres less excitement in our life. Less drama. Less of a spike in our heart ...rate. Theres is a learning curve when reorienting our energy. A reconfiguration of our inner wiring. A new North Star to focus on. But losing interest in what ultimately drains us, disrespects us, or refuses to consider us allows us to channel our creativity into the projects, partnerships, and potentials that will not only replenish us, but help us build what was formerly impossible. I am a lover of what is, not because Im a spiritual person, but because it hurts when I argue with reality. The only place we can be happy is right here, right... nownot tomorrow, not in ten minutes. Happiness cant be achieved. We cant get it from money or fame or approval or anything on the outside. We can only find happiness within us: unchanging, immovable, ever present, ever waiting to be realized. If we pursue it, it runs away. If we stop pursuing it and question our minds instead, the source of all stress disappears. Happiness is who we already are, once our minds are clear.
