Scott states "that we know that each one of those violations, increases risk for a subsequent assault; it's a strong risk factor. It is associated w...ith about a 2.5 times increased likelihood of a re-assault." Unrestrained featured details on the #femicides of Cara Cochran and Darian Henderson-Bellman; two women both living in separate parts of Ontario, two women whose lives were ended by their intimate partners.
