After the covid shutdown and closure of the clinic. Roberta experienced feelings of peace and mild relaxation, or what most call a relaxing chill evening. This was a foreign concept to her but one that was much needed (Much deserved). However, the idea of rest was short lived for Roberta because like Roy ... she does not stop working. After life started to resume back to normal and things (most importantly the gyms ) reopened, Roberta’s appreciation for the gym was a...t an all time high. If you didn’t see her much at the clinics when we reopened it was because she was living at Mission Fitness. However, an unforeseeable injury has forced her to spend less time at the gym BUT leaving more time to practice her culinary skills. She was cooking up a storm over quarantine and that has shown to continue So that’s what’s up with Roberta. Comment below meal ideas for Roberta She’s a BOSS in the kitchen. The spotlight YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR. What did Roy Gillespie do with time off? Despite going through serious withdrawals and missing the clinic, his patients and long work days. He was able to catch up on his food intake. Roy and his wife enjoyed three meals together. Yes Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Safe to say he was well fed. But work away from the clinic did not stop for Roy. His brain does not stop. Lots research, readings, ideas, dreams and future plans were di...scovered and investigated. It was a much needed break for Roy but he is back to spending full days at the clinic and time with all his patients!!! Next up Roberta

Introducing another new member of the Threesixty family ... Meet Jenn Olynyk !!! Read below to learn more about Jenn! Jenn completed her bachelors in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. Between completion of her Bachelors and Master’s degree, Jennifer worked for BC Wildfire Service and as a kinesiologist at a clinic in her home town of Nelson, BC. During Jennifer’s edu...cation and while working in Nelson, Jennifer worked as a trainer for multiple hockey teams (ranging from Bantam AAA to Junior B level), youth and University soccer teams as well as youth and University volleyball teams. These opportunities have led her to pursue further education in sport physiotherapy and manual therapy. She is currently working towards completing her manual therapy levels through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association as well as certifications in Gunn IMS and Functional Movement Screening for general and athletic populations. Jennifer is currently coaching and working with volleyball teams in the Okanagan. She also has experience treating the paediatric population with conditions such as torticollis and head shape, and is working towards completing her advanced training for vestibular rehabilitation (vertigo, dizziness and balance disorders), concussion and TMJ (jaw) disorders. Jennifer has experience working in both public and private health care areas of practice. In the public setting Jennifer spends most of her time treating patients who have had orthopaedic, neuro or general surgeries and paediatrics. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys hiking, fishing and camping, playing soccer, volleyball and baseball, paddle boarding and competing in trail running. She loves to return to the Kootenay’s and explore the mountains in the summers and ski hills in the winters! We are so happy to have you join the family !!! Our family at Threesixty is growing!!! Physiotherapist @bennywhite2 has officially (willingly) joined the Threesixty team. Check out the new website for more information and to find out how you can book in with Ben!! A little about Ben ... ... After completing his Masters of Physiotherapy degree from Leeds Beckett University, Ben was keen to return home to Kelowna and begin his physiotherapy career. Prior to physiotherapy, Ben completed his Bachelor of Human Kinetics at UBCO while playing football for the Okanagan Sun and joining the UBCO Rugby 7’s team. During this time, Ben worked as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist working with many hockey, swimming, and soccer teams. After completing his degree, Ben moved to Victoria with his wife for three years. While there, he worked at RebalanceMD, a Musculoskeletal clinic where he helped run the Knee and Hip replacement programs, developed a passion for Physiotherapy, and travelled to Uganda to volunteer at CORSU children’s hospital. Ben’s passion is helping people optimize their rehabilitation process so that they can return to their sport, work, or daily activities. He believes that a combination of client interests, education, exercise, and manual therapy can optimize recovery. We have a few more surprises coming your way! It is a bittersweet day for the ThreeSixty fam. It’s true, we are over the moon excited to meet new tiny human Green, but we are already counting the days before Sam comes back to us.
