When a friend sends you a horse with anxiety and respect issues, it’s nice to know they trust you to do the right thing and help get them through it. Anyone who knows Goodest well knows he absolutely is terrified of cows... well this winter I am spending the winter with family who has a whole lot of cows... these last 2 days have done more for this horse than an arena could have in weeks! We started out by needing help to get me on this horse because he wanted to run off with the smell and sound of the cows, as the day went on we got right up close and in a very controlled and relaxed manner. It was amazing to go through this experience with such a talented horse.
