We are helping kids in group today learn about the fight, flight or freeze response in our brains and learning to build their brave. Our weekly Worry Warriors program is open to children ages 9-12 in Alberta who are struggling with anxiety, worries or friendships.
Exploring healthy boundaries, self expression and communication skills in relationships this week in teen groups. What does a healthy friendship or relationship look like? Our Teen Talk groups run weekly and are open to teens in Alberta ages 14 to 17.
