Working with Arjun & Arvin who are twins for the past three months and they have made some serious gains. They have put on over 10 lbs of muscle, increased their strength 100 pct and have significantly increased their mobility and agility. At 14 years old both compete in Karate,are good students at school and come work hard at Thrive twice a week....
