We would like to thank you for all the students that have been with us through this pandemic. All of us no it’s been really hard to keep things progressing the battle isn’t over yet. So the staff and management would like to say thank you and have a safe Merry Christmas happy New year. Thunder Valley Martial Arts will be closed from the December 21 to January 4 we will resume classes at our regular time 730 to 830 On that Monday 4 2021.... Thunder Valley Martial arts We will be opening our door after a long wait Monday 27th. But we have to do our part in Covid 19.... There will be some guide lines we have to go by so we can protect our clients and the general public. General rules 1-please bring your own equipment there will be none supplied. 2- Make sure you come prepared be ready with your work out stuff on. 3- You will be asked to use a mask only entering and exiting the class and the building. 4- No water bottles will be left in the studio if found unfortunately they will be thrown out. 5- You will not be aloud to use the change room. 6- Please try to use the bathroom before attending. 7- If you are a couple and or live with someone you will be working with that person. 8- You will be asked to use hand sanitizers when you enter the class room and after you leave. 9- There will be no spectators they will have to wait outside of the classroom. 10- please come early at least 15 minutes so you don’t loose your spot we only have limited space. Unfortunately there will be no open sparring or grappling Here is the schedule Monday 7:30 to 8:30 Muay Thai Tuesday 6:30 to 7:30 boxing fundamentals Wednesday 7:30 to 8:30 Muay Thai Thursday 6:30 to 7:30 fit box We will not be holding kids class right now would like to start in September permitting the numbers are low we are waiting for phase 3 that will give us an idea what the province is going to do with the schools. Thunder Valley Martial Arts would like to thank you for standing by us in this troubled times we are still looking at more time being closed until the minister of health says we can reopen , unfortunately don’t have a time frame. We are going to need your help to keep the studio open. Thunder Valley will be holding a contest to help us keep the studio going I will be announcing next week once we work out the details for the contest I will be looking to do classes on line it will be on Muay Thai and conditioning some Jiujitsu you can do at home.
