Mikinakoos Children's Fund is a First Nations Children’s charity our company Thunder Bay Broom & Chemicals Ltd. supports. Much like our own children do, we believe children everywhere should be afforded the opportunity to live in a world where they have access to basic needs and services that will allow them to live the good life as described by First Nations teachings. We are working closely with the charity to assist them in securing additional funding that will allow them ...to continue to support children in Northwestern Ontario First Nation Communities. Your vote will bring them one step closer to wining $100,000 for a "warm winter" project that would see 1000 receive coats, boots and shoes. With your help we can do that. Your vote will allow the organization to secure funding that will allow it to continue to do the great work it has been doing and it will allow it to extend its reach. Another great Christmas party! Thank you to the Sandy Lake Chief and Council for inviting us to be a part of their Christmas celebration activities in Thunder Bay. It was a lot of fun for Brent and Titus. They held what was the largest toilet paper toss this year. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the prizes they received by their community. We take great pride working closely with our community partners, but we also enjoy having a lot of fun with them. Thank you Sandy Lake First Nation!
