The city of Kenora in northwestern Ontario is considering a bylaw that would fine people $100 for being homeless, a move that prompted a 'lunch and loiter' protest in downtown Kenora Wednesday.

There is hope to ending homelessness. We’ve made huge strides in many communities across Canada, and we can now do it across the country.
