This last evening of 2020 has been filled with thinking of all the good things of the months past although we have had to adapt to living in a world with new rules and uncertainty. I believe we will get through this, we continue to pray for our family, friends, all of you. We are bringing in the new year with our children and yummy food for the evening, which is a tradition in our home to just be together, anticipate the fireworks and eat! We are feeling uplifted, hopeful and happy for what awaits us in 2021. With all our love and respect, wishing you all a fantastic evening and New Year !

Good evening! We see lots of different things on our travels, we met this big guy coming around a bend. I had wanted to post him as I thought he was really neat.

Tonight I’m sharing a personal post that has great meaning to me but at the same time could give some a chance at some great prizes! My children and I are trying to help a little puppy named Koda that needs emergency surgery. Orange shirt day in the park was beautiful, the wind calmed down, the sun warmed us and the community came together to support each other. We are going to the bush to continue to pray to end the day, have a good evening everyone !

We will be wearing our orange shirts today to remember & honour all the people that were forced to attend Indian Residential Schools, to remind people to never let it happen again. Not only today but everyday, I remember the resilience and strength from my ancestors and will do my best to make them proud to ensure their spirits will be honoured. Remember to be kind to one another as we each have a story and many of us have been impacted by Residential Schools. . We are attending the ceremonies today at 1:30pm the fire offering ceremony and our dear friends have traveled far from Fox Lake to honour us with a few tea dance songs. Please see poster for details. Feeling Grateful today for what we do have, the good people in our lives and life experiences, for all of you that help support us in many ways with attending our workshops, bringing your gifts of just your presence or songs to our lodges, sharing food, tea and company to visit, offering words of encouragement or inspiration, you all have impacted our life’s in a good way and we thank you all for that! Have an awesome day

Hello! Hope your day is going good and your surrounded by things you love. We have been very happy to provide a couple gatherings in the last while as it’s so beautiful to be out in the bush. Its all good medicine, with the fall colours and smells of the bush they rejuvenate your spirit! If you can’t get out to the bush I’d suggest going on walking trails or to a park to help reground yourself.

Hi ! I wanted to share these pictures, looks like bear paw, our nephew pointed it out! We were in the bush and our truck had a visitor that stopped by to bless it ! A couple weeks ago a horse licked a little chunk of paint off lol! Have a good day!

Tansi & Good Evening ! We hope you are all doing very well. We have been very busy the last while spending a lot of time out on the land, it has been very refreshing and uplifting, although it’s been very chilly, we are anticipating an Indian summer still! We are very happy to be able to hold space with those that come to sit at our fire as it warms our spirits and uplifts our hearts In the next few weeks we are anticipating visitors from all directions to do what we love to do teach, share and hold space in our workshops and lodges, we are preparing to welcome you all, in a kind and humble way. Good morning! It’s another beautiful day. Over the last week in our area we have had a lot of visits from the Thunder-beings, here’s a picture as they lit up the sky! Have an awesome day today!

Thank you to the Alberta First Nation’s Voices for on Reserve Shelters Society, for allowing us to hold space with you in the beautiful Kananaskis country.

We had stopped to visit the beaver and he gave us a nice big slash! The beaver is also in our creation stories and teaches us about community building. Enjoy your day !

We’ve been able to come out to the land lately and it’s been great, hope you are able to find a place of peace and relaxation in your day

This was one of the trails we walked through, it was full of water in parts and Leonard’s boot blew a hole ! Sometimes we just have to laugh at what happens to us !

On our walk through the bush we came across a strawberry batch so we sat for awhile to enjoy the fresh delicious berries, heart berries.

This was beautiful to be apart of this scene in our world and to actually feel the gentle power and embrace the beauty of the earth, water, air and sky at this moment. I gave thanks to honour the spirit of the water, we have a beautiful creation story of how the water came to be to help us this was in Calling Lake.

We speak about Grandmother Spider often as she is in many of our Creation stories. This interesting little lady was hanging outside our house, one of the believes is that when spiders are around your home they are there to protect you and your family.

It was a super busy full day for us being out in the bush for most of it to celebrate the way we know how, in ceremony we hope that you also had a Happy Indigenous day that you celebrated the summer solstice and of course we also honour the Dads, Step Dads, Uncles, Grandfathers, Happy Father’s Day to you all !These pictures were taken late this evening on our way home, it was a beautiful sunset

Happy Friday! We just wanted to say Hello and we miss you all! During this last while were we busy, but not by working like many, but by helping people as much as possible through the phone and ceremony. We look forward to getting back to work as we miss you the people, we know things take time and we will continue to be patient. Hello ! It’s been a couple weeks since our last post we hope you are doing good. We have been super busy spending lots of time out on the land it’s been beautiful! Being out there has been just what our spirits have needed. Thank you to the people that sent prayers to us during our fasts and the fasting camp. Keep those feelings of pure love and connection and the feeling of your fresh beginning. When we can’t be together the good energy and prayers we send for each other is ...good medicine and to be shared daily! Friendly reminder, lite your smudge, lift your pipes, sing a song ,wish good onto another person, find something to truly be grateful for everyday! You alone are responsible for how you carry yourself and what kind of energy you share with the world. A little remind I say daily- Life is Easy Life is Good All Good Things Come to Me!
