Both of these scales show a different number... so how will I know which one’s right? The truth is it doesn’t matter. How do you feel? Are you working on that? I’m no-where near where I want to be physique wise but I’m not worried. I’m focusing on how I feel rather than these numbers telling me how much I’m worth to the world.

The burning question you’re asking at 10 pm on a Saturday when you’re in your mid 30’s. What the hell did the boomers do before Google? On a serious note though...I’ve got a lot of spaghetti squash and couldn’t find zucchini the last time I was at the grocery store. Can I use spaghetti squash for a muffin recipe??

Made a little more of that yummy walnut artichoke dip from this weekend than we’re able to eat in a couple days so I’m going to try freezing it. I’ll say...I’ve definitely tried freezing more things since watching @jordanpage ‘s videos on money saving tips for the kitchen. Did you know you can freeze hummus? That sounds so simple but it’s been a game changer for me. I always have a fresh stash and now I never run out because I just stock up when it’s on sale and throw it in the freezer! Also, label your freezables Or maybe don’t if you enjoy mystery dinners.

EPIC MILESTONE ALERT! The boy who gobbled up garlic stuffed olives before macaroni and lives for cucumber and hummus but rejected pizza has just announced that he likes it! Countless previous attempts to have pizza nights as a family and order the dairy free cheese (for extra money ) or a @daiyafoods frozen pizza couldn’t sway him to the dark side. Leave it to the original ninja turtles cartoons from the 80’s to get him curious about it. Not sure when we’ll be able to eat noodles as a family but I’m not going to push it So far Saturday is pretty rad. He just told me today is an awesome day because he’s eating pizza and listening to his favourite music @dwightyoakam Love this kid
