Dear Valued Customers, 2020 has been a historical year in the history of mankind. The world is fighting an enemy that the human eyes cannot see. But yet, 83.6M people infected and 1.82M people perished and the numbers continue. Looking back in 2020, the restaurant industry especially got hit really hard. We are trying our best to sail Thyme Ristorante through this unprecedented times. We hope the waves calmdown so we can dock. ... Despite what’s going on, we are feeling grateful for many things. Like we have our health, our family and friends, we have YOU, our wonderful clients, our staffs, our home, our job, our community and much more. It’s amazing how human can adapt to changes and to their environment. Thyme Ristorante is trying our best to adapt to the current situation. We cannot express enough gratitude for the love and encouragement from everyone placing orders from ThymeRistorante. Especially yesterday on New Year’s Eve, we were overwhelmed by the number of orders that came in. It’s a first year in over 18 years that Thyme’s dining is not hosting New Year’s Eve party. Our restaurant used to be filled with full staffing, clients and their friends and family laughing, mingling while enjoying our delicious food and friendly service in a cozy ambience. It’s a first year that our establishment only offer take-away and delivery. Our kitchen staffs were overwhelmed with orders. Our team worked tirelessly last night without time to take for a break just to drink water and working under high heat with a mask covering their faces. We are grateful for our team who work so hard to filled your orders. Thank you team!!! Because our food are made to order, and working in a limited staffing capacity due to the 2 meters social distancing. If we did not fulfilled your orders last night, we truly apologized!! We wish to also thank everyone for your patience. Although, we prepared immensely for this new process, the safety of all of our clients and staffs had to remain keeping our social distances as per our health protocol and keeping clients and staffs is our top priority and we understand that this delayed orders. We have learned a lot from this experienced and we are improving our process moving forward. Again, we thank you all for your understanding, patience, support, and love.
