The first batch of Butternut Squash Soup is available for purchase! This soup is home made with produce purchased at local farms in the Simcoe area and frozen within 24 hours of cooking sealing in the flavours and freshness until you're ready to prepare it. Available in a generous 1 portion container of 16oz for $5.00 as well as a larger 32oz container for $9.00. pickup in Cookstown

Soup preparation has started! Ingredients are purchased and fresh stock just cooled for use in my soups this week. Butternut Squash and Potato and Leek soups will be the first available for sale. More details to come next week!

About two weeks ago I asked family and friends through my personal Facebook page what their favorite soups were. In the very near future I will be offering my soups for sale locally in Innisfil and Wasaga, Ontario. Cooking and packaging will be underway this weekend.
