Folks, did you know I recycle all kinds of batteries? I change many daily. They all go to a recycling centre. So if you have some old ones dont throw them in the garbage. Lets help the planet a bit. Recycle. You can drop your old batteries off during business hours.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I went shopping last week :-) I have some new watches and other items for you to check out. I have a good selection of Daniel Klein watches, they are very stylish, modern and are very reasonably priced. They're very popular. I'm not surprised, the price is right. I have some Orlean watches as well. These too are excellent value for money, they're somewhat more traditional, classic and carry excellent warranty. Some have Swiss movements and sapphire glass.... Also available are the Swiss Rue Du Rhone. These are higher end Swiss watches with a variety of movements and styles. And last but not least, people have been asking me about watch/jewelry boxes. I had some in stock, I have this large one left, the smaller ones sold out. I'll get some more in - if you're interested let me know. Few watch auto winders left as well. As usual thank you for your patronage and support. I love working in Acton and living in the Hills and all you guys make it special. Thank you. See more

Folks, I showed you some work I've done on watches before. I repaired a few clocks last week. I have seen some very interesting pieces. Thank you for entrusting me with the repairs. Check out this one that was made in West Germany. There's a bit of history there, eh? Repairs of these large clocks are fairly time consuming. I pretty much take everything apart, clean it all, depending on the mechanism - put in new bearings, realign everything, lubricate it and then the big reveal - a gentle push makes the mechanism that hasn't worked in years come to life. Awesome. Some of these pictures (the watchmaker's view) show some previous attempts to repair.
