Day 62 of this #75hard challenge. Yea it was cold, snowing, windy, football is on, it’s warm inside, and I could be doing 7263927 other things...but this is something I’m not willing to sacrifice. With all the uncertainty, chaos, confusion, frustration, and loses, we have to make sure we do one thing: put one foot in front of the other. every. dam. day. Whether it’s one step forward, one inch forward, or one hair-line forward, the direction is forward. We’re all going to feel pain. Pain is mandatory in life. But suffering is optional.... Be strong. Be positive. Be you.
Consuming these 3 things consistently over time, you will compound the negative effects of these inflammatory markers and cause inflammation/bloating in your body!
