I am going to post 2 or 3 a day!! Try them, give me some feedback as to if they are helping you. Most of these are stretches that work most problem areas that I notice my clients have :) 2. 1/2 Wind Removing Pose (Pavanamuktasana) Openfit logoFREE TRIALLog In... search Search Articles Openfit Fitness Yoga Alleviate Soreness with These 11 Leg Stretches By Mattie Schuler Oct 30, 2019 Fact Checked leg stretches Shot of a sporty young man stretching his legs while exercising outdoors Stretching is an essential component of working out, because it can help prevent muscle soreness and injury. Stretching your body, especially your legs, can help you warm your body before a dynamic workout and can alleviate stiffness following said workout. When you are about to workout, [it is important to] save the more passive stretches for after a workout and do the more active [stretches] for beforehand, says Traci Bennett, a functional range conditioning mobility specialist with Vital Roots Movement in Colorado and a Kinstretch instructor. Rose also has experience training in barre, indoor cycling, and aerial yoga, so we are confident these stretches will help prepare you for any workout. wind relieving pose- leg stretches 1. 1/2 Wind Removing Pose (Pavanamuktasana) This single-leg pose will help to stretch the glutes, offer compression to the hip joints, and can aid in digestion as well. Start by lying on your back with your legs extended long and your hands relaxed at your side. Pull your right knee to your chest and interlace your fingers over your right shin. With your knee into your chest, begin to draw your knee toward your right armpit. This move will allow more space for your breath and works to open up your hip. Flex your left foot to help anchor your spine toward your mat. Hold for 5-10 breaths; repeat on the other side.

So I apparetly have no time to do a video. Lol between all the kids, I have been a very busy mom. However with a disclaimer **I don't own there videos, I found them on Google** I went through this morning and found a few poses that I would recommend and that I do myself :) 1. Reclined 1/2 Pigeon... Also known as Reclined Figure Four, this pose helps stretch the outer hip and inner thighs. From lying on the mat, bend your legs and stack your knees over your ankles. Lift your right foot and rest your right foot on top of your left knee. Externally rotate your right thigh to deepen your stretch. Relax your hands by your sides or interlace your fingers behind your left thigh and press your right elbow into your right knee for a deeper hip stretch. Lift your left foot away from the floor. Keep the right foot flexed with your toes spread and active through the heel to help protect your knee. Hold for 5-10 breaths; repeat on the other side.

According to the Government, you are able to now get massages if you have a prescription from your doctor, chiropractor or physiotherapist. :) I would like to just say, that I've made the decision to not go back to work until January 6th, as I am spending this holiday season with all my kids and still working 1 job. So getting the extra, quality time with them is a blessing! I look forward to seeing everyone in the New Year. Please stay safe over the Holidays and Merry Christmas. Ps. I still want to do some videos of stretches you can do at home, it's been hectic. I will get some posted hopefully by the 26th :)

Well the day is here. It is my last day of work for at least 4 weeks!! I have to say thank you to everyone who follows me, a special shout out to those that are actually my clients too I have been solidly booked this whole week, and I hope when we get to start working again that it will stay busy! I have come in early, extended my hours anything I can to fit you all in and I would do it again, because your heath, and comfort is so important. These are hard times, and stre...ssful. I want to remind everyone again to please reach out if you are feeling over whelmed, or alone. Lean on those around you, even if its only virtual. Physiotherapy and Chiro are still open and they can help with body aches and pains if you absolutely need it. We are all sick of the isolation, a lot of people are going to be struggling this Holiday season so show compassion, be kind and do good deeds for those around you. Small acts of kindness can help brighten someone's day. Also stay following me, I am going to try and get some facts posts, and get some videos of stretches that can help :) Merry Christmas and #PISSOFFCOVID ;)
