Combine Peanut Butter, Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce, Chicken Broth, and Lime juice and blend together with a hand blender or whisk until smooth. Chicken: 1. In an oiled pan, fry the freshly chopped ginger and garlic and red chilli flakes. 2. Add in chicken, season with salt and allow to cook for 2 minutes. 3. Add in sliced red bell peppers and allow to cook for 1 minute. 4. Pour in peanut sauce and allow to simmer for 1 minute. Plate over a bed of freshly cooked Pacific Gold Riceberry rice and garnish with some freshly chopped cilantro. What’s your favourite rice dish? Lots of kids would say Omurice! Omurice is a fusion dish with fried rice filling in egg omelette and usually topped with ketchup. Follow the instructions below and don’t be surprised how easily you can make your own omurice at home! Instructions: 1 Heat oil in a pot and stir fry the chopped onions, carrots, corn, peas, and shrimps.... 2 Then add the cooked Pacific Gold rice, stir well until all ingredients are well combined. 3 Add ketchup and pepper to taste, continue to stir until the ketchup is evenly incorporated into the fried rice. Transfer to a plate. 4 Heat a lightly oiled pot, add the whisked eggs and swirl it around. Turn off the heat when the bottom is set but the top is still runny. 5 Wrap the fried rice with eggs, shape the omurice, and drizzle some ketchup on top. Ready to enjoy!
