This month we're discussing the importance of courage. Black Belt Courage is the ability to do your best no matter how much something may scare you. It could be going to the dentist or speaking in front of a group of people. Courage teaches you that it is okay to be afraid of things but you should not allow that fear to stop you. Doing things for the first time can also be fearful. It could be enrolling in a martial arts class, riding a bike for the first time, or maki...ng a new friend. Courage gives you the power to do these things because it will make you a better person.
